Terms and Conditions
1.General
(“E-time”, “we” or “us”). All policies and additional terms posted on and in our sites, applications, tools and services (collectively “Services”) set out the terms on which E-time offers you access to and use of our Services. All policies and additional terms posted on and in our sites, applications, tools, and services are incorporated into our User Agreement. You agree to comply with all terms of this User Agreement when accessing or using our Services.
The entity you are contracting with is: E-TIME INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD
In the following Terms and Conditions (“User Agreement”), this entity, its contractors, subcontractors and employees are individually and collectively referred to as “E-time,” “we,” or “us”. The person or entity engaging with this website and or placing an order are individually and collectively referred to as “you”, “I” or “the customer”.
PLEASE DO ENSURE YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“USER AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. E-time reserves the right to change the services, products or prices without any notice of alteration.
2.Refunds & exchanges
Custom signs are not eligible for refunds. (Unless caused by our mistakes) If you need to arrange returns, please contact us immediately via email. A full refund will be processed, fees caused by PayPal are not included.
3.Warranty
Faulty stuff must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving. A date stamped copy of certificate shall be come with details of the malfunction. A 24-month warranty is applied for our products. But any problems caused by wrong environment use are not acceptable (e.g. products for indoor use are installed outdoors)
4.Conditions of purchase for custom and retail signs
E-time signs are handmade, so sometimes there can be some small marks on the acrylic or glue makes on the spots where the neon attached to the acrylic. These marks are rarely evident and visible when lighted on. By accepting these terms, you are recognizing that these marks are not faults.
5.Agreement responsibilities
I understand that E-time reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions at any time.
I accept all terms and conditions above. I accept that each quote is not the final price and expires in 14 days.
I understand that my order is not finalized until a full payment is made.
I understand that by lodging the payment, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions, agreements on GST, shipping and extra charges (if applicable), and the details of the order and design.
I understand that any advice provided on installation is a recommendation only and E-time will not be liable for any installation errors.
I understand that E-time is not responsible for the misuse of E-time Luminous letters and signs after purchase.
I understand that payments are transferred through a third party dedicated gateways to guarantee buyer’s information safety and rights. Card information is not collected by E-time and all of card information is handled over SSL encryption. I HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MY CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD.
I understand that E-time designs, images, campaigns, advertising, sketches, icons, logos, website contents are Intellectual Property that are made available by E-time.
These Terms and Conditions are construed under Australian Law and apply to all individuals, businesses or companies (Client/s) involved in the services and products of E-time, its contractors, subcontractors and employees (the Company). By entering this website and purchasing products or services on this website I agree to all of the statedterms and conditions.
6. Returns Policy
Change of mind
All of our products are custom-made. This means that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless your item is faulty.
Broken or damaged products
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will happily exchange, refund or repair the product provided you notify us of the issue within seven days of receiving the item and email some photos and videos of your item and the packaging to info@etimeau.com.au.
Once the item has been received and assessed we will be in touch with you to discuss your options.
If a full or partial refund has been agreed, we will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
Incorrect products
In the case that you receive the wrong item, please email your order number and a few photos of the product you received to info@etimeau.com.au. Once we receive this information, we will advise the quickest solution.
